Job Purpose
As a Business Development Representative at Akili, your primary mission is to identify and connect with organizations that would benefit from our services. You’ll play a key role in generating leads and building interest in Akili’s enterprise planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound channels
- Articulate the value of Akili’s solutions and implementation services
- Conduct initial conversations to qualify leads and assess fit
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai)
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
- Represent Akili at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation—preferably in B2B technology or consulting services
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold outreach in technology implementation or consulting services
- Familiarity with enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan, Kinaxis, and/or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive and energetic approach to outreach
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with limited supervision

- Meet weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets
